Meet with our associates to go over your inspiration and ideas. This is the perfect time to bring in stones or other jewelry for us to look at. We can make recommendations and get together a sketch or CAD image of what we talk about as well as an estimate of pricing.

Once your design is exactly how you want it, our expert jewelery designers get to work using a myriad of technology to bring your setting to life. Stones are sourced to suit the intended design. The CAD is 3D printed, then made into a casting, then the raw setting is given to our jewelers to set stones and finish.

finishing
Our master jewelers polish, set stones, and preform quality checks on all pieces. Finished custom pieces are appraised, imaged, and released to sales associates so they can let you know your piece is ready for pick-up!

CUSTOM JEWELRY FAQ
Q: Can you tell me if my heirloom jewelry is worth using or restoring?
A: Yes! We can check the quality of your jewelry and give a recommendation of what we can do to repair or modify it on the spot free of charge. If you have a lot of pieces you would like inspected, please schedule an appointment with us so we can make sure you have our full attention.
Q: Can you melt down my gold and turn it into something new.
A: We do not offer this service and generally advise against it unless the gold is going through a refinement process. Unrefined gold can lead to pitting and quality issues down the road.
Instead, we offer scrap value for old gold. We also offer 20% more in value towards your custom purchase.
Q: Does Custom cost me more?
A: Unlike box jewelers, we do not charge extra customization fees. We offer up to three major CAD changes and unlimited small tweaks by our designers. Keep in mind that
